With an MBA from IIFT, expertise spans SaaS and B2B services, focusing on customer journey design for C-suite decision-makers, automation-driven lead nurturing, and full-funnel conversion optimization. Proven success in executing high-impact campaigns across the US, UK, LATAM, and India, leveraging data-driven strategies to scale revenue and enhance brand positioning.

UI DesignerA passionate and detail-oriented designer with 2.5 years of experience creating visually appealing and user-centric designs. Skilled in graphic design, branding, and UI/UX, with expertise in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and other design tools. Shreya Chaudhary
Clinical InternShreya is currently a Masters student in Counselling Pscyhology from Christ University, she is doing research in the mental health field and is also involved in climate advocacy. She works as a psychology intern at Zen and contributes to clinical work, client modules, tools and more. Outside of her work, she can be found reading books(mostly fiction), laying in her bed and decorating her bedroom walls.
Vrinda Sharma
Clinical InternMaster's student in Psychology at the University of Delhi, specializing in Developmental Psychology. Part of the clinical team at Zen with contributions to the research and development. Passionate about understanding and inculcating theory into real life: queer affirmative practices, qualitative discourses, and the indomitable nuance of humanity. (Note: Also passionate about matcha and momos.)
Akshita Tanwar
Clinical InternCurrently pursuing her Masters in Counseling Psychology, Akshita is passionate and curious about everything that holds her attention and interest for long enough. She recently started her first research and has found research to be one of her newest fields of interest. She joined Zen as a Psychology Intern and has worked on the clinical aspect of it, which has most definitely been of great interest to her. You can find her listening to music, reading a book, or getting participants for her research or perhaps future researches.
